How do I receive the indicator after I buy?
After checkout, your order details are used to prepare access for the TradingView account you entered. Make sure that username is exact, because access is tied to that account.
Why do you ask for my TradingView username?
TradingView access needs to be linked to the correct account. If the username is wrong, the indicator can be delivered to the wrong place or fail to be assigned.
Can I use a display name instead of my real TradingView username?
No. Use the exact TradingView username tied to the account where you want access. If you are unsure, check it inside your TradingView profile before ordering.
Do I get instant access?
Some parts of the flow can be fast, but access should not be assumed to be instant in every case. If something needs to be checked manually, that can take longer.
What if I entered the wrong email or TradingView name?
Go to the contact page as soon as possible and include the name you entered, the corrected details, and what you ordered so the request can be fixed faster.
